The traditional “Braford Merit Award”, granted by the Argentina Braford Association, is an important distinction that represents the recognition to the most outstanding ranch in the circuit of shows carried out every year.
The Pilagá Ranch has been awarded this important distinction consecutively in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, which is definitely a source of great pride for all the members of the Pilagá team!
We always emphasize that these achievements are not a goal we pursue at the Pilagá Ranch but the outcome and result of the great job done by the whole team, with great dedication, commitment and professionalism.

These awards recognize the work and experience of strategic people and companies of the agricultural sector: a way of thanking, honoring and distinguishing those who, in silence and with dedication, work every day for the growth and development of the Argentine rural sector—the key driver of the national economy.
In the 15th Edition of the Clarín Rural Testimonio Awards for the Agricultural Sector—whose awards were granted as part of the 131st Livestock, Agriculture and Industry Show—the Pilagá Ranch was distinguished with the Clarín Rural Testimonio Lifetime Achievement Award in Cattle Farming.
These distinctions granted by La Nación and Banco Galicia recognize the innovation, commitment, effort, quality and work in the agro-industrial sector. In the 2015 Edition, the awards were decided by a highly prestigious jury: Gustavo Oliverio (Producir Conservando Foundation), Fernando Vilella (Faculty of Agronomy, UBA), Rodrigo Bunge (consultant), Marcelo McGrech (Banco Galicia) and Félix Sammartino (La Nación newspaper).
We are very happy and proud to have been distinguished with the “Best Breeder” Award, a category in which we competed with ranch owners of all breeds at a national level. This award is, undoubtedly, a recognition to all members of the Pilagá Ranch's great team, who everyday make a huge effort and bring great professionalism to their job, so that we can achieve these results and distinctions.
